Michael began his career in 1993 as an Executive Director for the Estate Planning Group of John Hancock. Later he headed the Estate Planning Group at Oppenheimer & Co., where he spent 11 years helping advisors provide clients with tax-efficient, multi-generational wealth planning solutions. In 2011, Michael joined UBS Financial Services as a Managing Director. Shortly after joining UBS, he was appointed to the Chairman’s Council, a group of the firm’s most influential advisors. In April of 2016, First Republic Bank acquired his practice, where he served as a Managing Director until launching Audent Family Wealth Advisors, which later led to the creation of InnoVise.
Michael attended University of California at Santa Barbara, where he studied economics. He is a frequent speaker for YPO and Tiger 21. Michael’s past charitable affiliations include Cedars-Sinai Sports Spectacular and Cherish the Children Foundation, an organization dedicated to strengthening families and protecting children from violence in their communities.
